In consideration of our sending you a replacement product or refunding the purchase price to you (whichever was requested by you), you agree to release and discharge The Legacy Companies from any claims and causes of action involving the said countertop appliance. DO NOT CUT THE POWER CORD UNTIL WE HAVE ASKED YOU TO DO SO.
